[FRAC-2353] Cities that fallen into ruins still shown as a claimed city on the map

If you are online when a city fall into ruins, it still shown as a claimed city on the map while you don't log out.

@Sawahya Yes i saw that yesterday too, but i think it is just a visible bug, as long you wasn't logged out.
After login today, it is shown with unclaimed icon:
