[Environment] Wagon have "Lawn Mower" feature, deleting Grass&Bushes

Wagons got the same "Lawn Mower" ability as the Carts had in previous Tests.
If you leave your Wagon with Q and some bushes or grass is standing close, they get removed from the world.
