[Login UI] "Choose Starting Area" Buttons in windowed mode out of sight

I am running a 1900x1200 windowed mode for Fractured.
If i am creating a new character and get to the "Choose Starting Area" Page, there are 2 almost hidden buttons on the top left corner:

what could they be?

Not sure, but they highlight at mouseover.
But i think thats „ghost buttons“, just duplicates of the visible ones.
