[Bug City] Blueprint

Hello,
We have a problem in the city, some location cannot be done, road placement or building essential for the city.
It is blueprint and are well blue and we are in the city since it is not far from the mary and the main square.

We also have an issue like this, this is what we have found:
There are some squares where we can't build roads, and in most of them, the resources there can't be harvested. When placing, the blueprint is marked blue, trying to place a road will cancel the blueprint but nothing happens.Here's some of them:

I think you mean something like this.
I have this all around Atrium, where i can't place road Blueprints.

@Narlex it would be helpful to specify your Topic, that makes it more clear, what's the report about.
I would suggest something like "[Towns] Blueprints are sometimes impossible to set" or so
