[A2.3] Warning Window can't be closed

When i started to rest, the Skill & Ability Window appeared and at same time this Warning (edit, it came, when i had the Tutorial Quest. I had already made a Preset before.):
I can't click on "Save" nor the "x" to close that window.
I can close the Ability Window again and running around, but the Warning stays.Esc also does not work as long the Warning is open.
So i needed to hard reset the game.

It had the same issue and it solved for me after I selected an icon for the talent tree (ctrl+click on an icon).
