Stuck on connecting to server

Are the servers currently down? I logged on just fine yesterday but I can't get into the server today. I make it to the character select screen but then when I choose my character it just tries to connect to server for about 5 seconds and then takes me back to the character select screen.

Same... tried new char as well no luck.

@Microbrewed @Azurael The server was down earlier today. Please try logging in again to see if the problem still persists. If it does, Please upload your Player.log file to pastebin.com and post the link here after the failed attempt to login. You can find the Player.log file here:
