Graphic setting connection lost

So whenever I change my settings, mostly graphic, and apply, I almost instantly get timed out.

Hi! Sorry, I didnt see your reply! I switched it to low, from high, I think, once I logged in, and after that I tried to up the quality, just to double check, and I got timed out almost instantly.
