Regional Pricing

Hello, I am a new follower who is recently following the development of the game and joined Discord right away. For the coming open test I plan to participate and see if I'm interested in the game. However, I have one concern related to the pricing.
Is there going to be regional pricing for countries with hyperinflated currencies? Ex. Steam pricing
It can be quite expensive to pay in dollars for some countries.

Thanks for the help.the company that develops this game is Italian so it'll be in EURO.
