Game Masters (GM) in Fractured

Dynamight Studio's is very small atm. Was wondering how you will handle all ingame petitions when you release with a worldwide server.
In Age of Conan you had volunteer players who where like a semi GM handling most basic/simple petitions and make proper bug reports to the GMs. More info here. Will this be a solution for Dynamight Studio's?
My experience with the Followers of Asura in Age of Conan was very positive.
