How much character cosmetic customization will be able to do at creation or will everyone basically look the same other than clothes and armor?

Will you be able to change and customize the look of your character to be more unique during character creation or is this going to be a pay in-game characteristic.

@innershadow I hope that the banal choice of the form of the face, body, hair and so on will be. And that concerns cosmetics.... Even if it is, it will cost 2-5$, maybe the game itself will cost 20-30$

game is played in a 3rd person isometric view so seeing your face can only be done when/if we can zoom in. I suspect to see a few different face styles and skin tone but that's about it. you'll be unique not how you look or dress but your knowledge and skills on the skill bar.

I wouldn't be surprised if the only choices were skin/fur colour and hair/horn style.
