Can not login

I can login to the website but account is locked for login due to my cap locks button was on when i tried to login. I have contacted support to get this unlocked but sure feels like there is no support. Is there a different place I can put a support ticket in other then the support email?

The game was down for its own reasons. It will come back up in 5 hours.

I've just bought this game, can't even log in, get a 500 Internal Server Error, can't see any dev feedback regarding the servers being down?? Does this happen a lot, because it looks pretty bad for new players.

@Rickman The Discord is the best place to get information or communicate with the Devs/GMs.
Right now we're waiting on them to restore all the cities and fix some privileges.
