Stuck in Loading UI

For some reason, I hear the background noises of the world, but I only see the loading screen
stuck in "Loading UI"Any ideas?
If it helps, in the previous menu if I go to settings, I don't see the background of the menu. Just the text display

often people accidentally open two clients and they both run one over the other. Check your running programs.

Unfortunately, that's not the case. I have tried restarting several times with same issue. Can't get pass the "Loading UI" screen.
I'll try re installing

Yeah this isn't the first time I see this.
It had many causes, from corrupted files to having installed the game while on a unicode and playing with another.
