Problem with access to the game

I have recently changed my registered email address and with my new details I can access the website and forum without any problems. But I can't enter the game, it says wrong email

As @AuroraBorealis already emntioned in her post the game doesn't let her to login in the start menu of the game, giving the "LOGIN FAILED. The e-mail you inserted is invalid" error.
Does anyone knows the reason of this error?

When I attempted to log back in after playing for a bit this morning, I am denied entry saying my toon is already in the game and must be removed before I can log in.
I tried creating new character and logging in, but get the same message.
How do I get back into the game?
