Launcher crashes when opened

I cannot even get into the game to test it out. When I dbl-click on the launcher, after hitting yes on the UAC program it crashes and exits, oddly the first window with "initializing" stays open and has to be cancelled.

Theres no test, you cant play now. Wait until another alpha test starts.

@Harbenger It's a technical issue but it's not important anymore, since Fractured is moving to the Glyph launcher anyway.
