Unable to enchant any mage staff

There does not appear to be in "slots" for enchanting a mage staff and when I try with a 83% chance all I get is a enchantment failed. See picture for mats I used.

Your chance to Enchant only applies if what your enchanting has empty Enchantment Slots. Currently none of the Mage Staves have any

…. Not to OP.. to the fact we can’t enchant mage staffs.. mage itemization has a ways to go
