Few more questions...

- Is there a limit to guests you can add to your plot?
- If any city's plot owner adds all his mates to it as guests, does it means he can build private crafting stations, using it as a workaround to new taxed public stations?
- Are personal crafting stations taxed too?

Personal plots can have "most" of the work stations, but they can not have forges and upper tool stations (ie, mage staff workbench), mostly personal plots have the ability to "make" or "mold" their resources into something that is usable by the city work stations (ie. ingots and leathers) and a personal plot will not be able to craft anything better than "good" quality while city stations are able to craft "Excellent" quality and higher.

Not as far as I have heard, other than the house owner having to pay a portion of the upkeep for their house to the city.

I think multiple free fournaces could push people to try taking over resources sites, and create the bad mood many people seems to be already worried about...
Public stations are a good idea to give same advantage to everybody, but without good limitation on what people can do in their plots could be workarounds to these attempts
