[FRAC-2272] When enchanting a short bow with dmg increase the tool tip say 0%

when enchanting a short bow with dmg increase teir 2, the tool tip changes from +18% Weapon Damage to 0% Weapon Damage.

I have the same issue with a steel long sword. It is only a visuell bug because in the character screen the percentage is correct.
