No dirt and no paved road can be place to connect this to roads. all necessary infos hould be in the screenshot.

I can confirm that.
At some places you can't continue the Street.
We had similar at last test, but i got already this test a street that i wanted to build straight from the Townmiddle to the side.
Placed 5 Road Blueprints, then i could not place more to continue the street:
