I can not get in the game

I tried to quit the game but the lag didn't let me so I just quit the game and when I tried to get back I couldn't do it anymore

I also can not get back into the game. I even have the same character ID as the original poster.
Now, I understand this is Alpha, but how are things going to change for release? Meaning, at release, will hundreds of players also need to wait until ONE PERSON wakes up to resolve a locked server??
