There is PvP but not the PvP that will be in place during release. Currently its Factional PvP with no looting. You sign up to be one of four factions at any city and then you can go fight people in the other 3 factions.
You are able to build a house, build any blueprint that your governor has placed down, or build any blueprint that you place down.
You will be able to craft multiple items and enchant them.
You will be able to see the entirety of one whole map on Syndesia called Myr, which may or may not have any Trolls on it. (Though it does have spiders, undead, goblins, wolves, bears, deer, rabbits, foxes, treants, wisps, sproutlings, elementals, horses, etc) with lots of trees, rocks, grass and plant life which most is able to be interacted with.
You will be able to "Tame" horses for mounting *with your butt on their back, not on the wall and not...err...well... any other way ;wink )
Basically everything that has been pre-released and is in the news articles for this testing phase.
Usually you will run through the entire content of the game within a matter of day(s). The rest is just hanging out, testing specifics to try to "break" the system, helping late comers, and playing with friends.
If you are unsure, its best to just wait for the test to start and then either try to win one of the trillion tickets that will be given out for free or wait for them to open it up to the general public at the end of the testing cycle.
