[FRAC-1803] Visual bug - Log graphics stay in hand

I loaded a log in my cart but the graphics stayed on my character. The actual log is inside the cart as it should be, just the graphics are messed up. Cycling through weapons or fighting did not fix this. It went away when I collected another log though.

Yes, hat the same, but actually with a stone block^^
After logging out and in again everything was fine again

Alot of the Visual bugs i have seen seem to only be client side.
