I'm not really familiar with forums, so could someone explain a couple of stupid question I got?

Next to the topic on the forum, there is a Views tab, is that how many views it got in general(and it doesn't matter if one person saw it 1 or 100 times), or is one per person view? the Posts tab I'm guessing is how many comment-like post are made on the topic

If one person views it 100 times the view count will be 1 unless done on diffren browsers ( just checked by opening and closing your thread)
And you are correct about the post tab
