@Zaxaman as @mansair said you will be able to play alphas when they occur, next one is on 31st March and it should last about a full month. Steam version is currently not available, since the game is in early stage and Steam community is usually really harsh towards unfinished games, realeasing on Steam could easily backfire in a second.
