~ Bugs and potential improvements
Hi!
I've been playing for several hours recently and noticed some bugs and potential places where some improvement would probably be worthwhile. I would like to share with you my subjective opinion and other insights from the game.Bugs:
- Happened a few times. Mob had a full life and I killed it and then I get a message: You have no rights to loot.
- It often happens that e.g. deer, deer do not run away but stand still. Also happens to less friendly mobs, which then don't attack at all when I attacked them.
- I was completely submerged in water in a river while on horseback.
- Grass grows in the house from under the ground through the parquet floor.
- During the party, it's common for participants' dots to be frozen on the minimap. This is not the true position. They are usually further away from the spots.
- It is common to not be able to get on a horse for some reason. You have to log out.
- While doing respec (in game), I noticed that while it shows 8% critical chance. After respec the critical chance is 7%.
- E.g. bone arrows show light armor while using medium.
- Mage armor works indefinitely. I only lose 5 mana, per mob hit, and can use this spell all the time. But this shouldn't work like this I suppose.
- You can't split things in the bank. You have to do it in your inventory.
Potential improvements:
- While visiting and entering goblin huts, I was unable to see what was inside. It would be worthwhile to show the inside.
- It is very hard to pick up anything from the ground if several mobs are killed very close together.
- I think it would be worth adding a combat loot option in the UI. It rarely but annoyingly happened to me when attacking a monster you pick up something from the ground or loot some body.
- Missing sounds in the game e.g. chopping wood.
- It is very difficult to pass through the main palisade gate.
- Lack of many descriptions in the interface, icons or after moving the cursor on various elements and objects in the game. Adding these descriptions would greatly improve usability for new players and in general. Likewise, I am not able to see what the stats and resource information are for example if I want to build something. Only this information is there after the object is placed.
- I would add in the preview of guild players, 2 additional options, who is online and who is not. So that it would be easy to view e.g. if my friend is logged in. Scrolling by 100 people is cumbersome.
- Improve performance. There are too many unoptimized animations and other calculations that generate very high fps drop.
- There is no way to check what are the effects and various other imposed statuses on opponents. I am able to recognize for example poison, but mage armor, or some other.
- I think the map should always center itself relative to the player's position when the map button is pressed. Likewise, zooming in and out of the map with the mouse shouldn't move the map up, it should zoom in or out. Sometimes it's hard to find where you are on the map.
I think, that's it for now. As I remember more things I'll add more findings in this topic.

Continued development of fracturedtools

A lot of people write me that I do an awesome job creating this site, which makes it easier to play the game and compose enchants, and ask when the next update will be. The last fracturedtools update was at the end of this spring. I am a programmer by trade, and unfortunately I spend my free time on other things/projects after hours that I do for other people. That's why we haven't had updates or newly planned features yet.The problem is that I'm no longer motivated and it's a waste of my time to do this in a charitable way. Maintaining a server or a domain costs money every year. Adding new updates, optimizations or other things means many hours spent. Not to mention adding new features. Currently, thousands of people use this tool from more than 50 countries.
Therefore, I would like to ask you all, would you like me to continue working on fractured tools? If, yes then would you be willing to support this project? Would our community be willing to do so? I am thinking of patronite or paypal programs, for example. Setting milestones and goals, etc.

Then I would take an active part and continue to work on the tools until we have e.g. a paid server or individual goals. A lifetime supported site that would be public.
Unless you have some other idea e.g. some small annual fee for use?I've had some suggestions to sell the project, but I'm not going to do that.
Otherwise the project will die.I'm very curious what you think about this topic. Let me know below and fill out the survey. We will have a better picture of it.

It's been almost a week since my last message.
It's a bit of a shame that activity on the forum is not too high, and many people are not currently playing. But I understand that people stopped playing a bit for some reasons. Thanks that two people wrote back in the thread. There are also some people who have spoken to me privately and want very much for me to continue developing the project. They are also eager to help and support fractured tools. Thank you guys!
Anyway, I've decided to give it a try and we'll see how things develop in the next few weeks, e.g. if we can raise some money to maintain the server and domain, etc.

This just shows how you guys care about me continuing to develop the site so that this project doesn't die.If you can then spread the word further because we need patrons.

Work on Fractured Tools is returning!
The last update was at the end of this spring. There was no update for certain reasons.
Fractured Tools needs your support. From now, anyone can send a donation to become a patron and support the development of these tools. Supporters have additional facilities eg. on Discord, on the website, implementing ideas and can have a real impact on what happens in Fractured Tools. Why was such a decision made?

The Fractured Tools website has been updated!
- 32 New Reagents have been added. The total is now 146, and you can play with the Enchantment Finder from now on.
- We have started keeping statistics in the dashboard again. One of the most interesting information is that there are now as many as 5537 enchantments in the game for tier 3!
- We added a list of Patrons . Without you, this project would not have a chance to exist. You can now support us. Supporters have a real impact on the development of tools and other facilities.
- We have a new Discord where you can follow our activities and much more. Everyone is welcome.
There are now 164,307,771 different enchants in the game. In the near future we have a plan to make it easier and optimize the process of finding them. Be patient. You can also follow our #roadmap on our Discord.

The Fractured Tools website has been updated!
We have a new list of 146 Reagents which has been added at the new link World > Reagents. You can now:
- see all Reagents in one place and their details
- check recipes, location (planets and continents), types of enchantments
- where you can find them, get them,
- preview all aspects, which additionally highlight, making it easier to browse and search when you select a particular enchant or aspect from the filter list
- and filter as you like.
A lot of time is needed to get a lot of information about Reagents. Therefore, some data is still missing. But no worries.
This is the first part of the Reagents update. One more update awaits us, in which there will be many more filters and completed data!
