That’s why you’ll be happy to hear that while the Unity vs Improbable quarrel has slowed us down a little, we’re still set on Q1 2019 for the start of Alpha 1.

As for the last two waves of invites for the Pre-Alpha, the first will likely be sent out in the second week of February, the other one a couple weeks later. We’ll keep you up to date if any development issue that might slow us down arises.

@whoatethecat No, it's fine here. We don't have a dedicated suggestions section and the devs frequently read the forum.

@Astharoth Only Humans are playable at the moment, and many recipes haven't been implemented yet.

@vezin I don't know if the packs will be limited, but I doubt that they'll all be sold out on the first day.

@PeachMcD I don't think the player.log is going to help in this case. It looks like the corner's orientation is simply wrong and that's something Prometheus will have to look into.

@unreal1985 More than 100, less than 1000 pre-alpha keys can be obtained through the Foundation. Alpha and beta keys on the other hand can be obtained through the upcoming Kickstarter.

@LordNecro Only people who have bought the Knight pack or above have access to the current test phase. Fractured is still in development.

@FLeaLoD If you're stuck on the "already logged in" message, that's something I can fix but I don't think it matters right now since the spring alpha is ending or has already ended today.

@mimi Practically all items will be crafted. You will have access to various resources like wood, metals, minerals, etc. Each race (and family) has its own unique bonuses that go well beyond attribute-related ones - and they include crafting and gathering too.

@lyburnum Judging by the low amount of responses you're getting you might be better off asking this question in the Questions & Answers subforums.

As for the question itself, Fractured is far from a WoW clone. It's an isometric MMO that's much closer to a sandbox game than a themepark game. I suggest you read the website for more information. Also, Fractured is certainly not a Chinese cut-out. It's not pay-to-win or any of that crap and neither is Fractured loaded with gacha mechanics. And last but not least, I have no reason to believe this game is a scam because well, I have a pretty close eye on these devs. The game can already be played during the tests and free weekends even though it's still in an early stage. Most scams never got to that point.
