If I charge static discharge to max it won't hit a creature that is right next to me. does 0 damage. Also, not sure if it can crit but inevitable says first ability every 20 seconds can crit and doesn't seem to allow this ability to crit.

Looks like it is the top of one of the pillars on the door. if you move you just walk off but I havn't done any extensive testing. Just randmoly hit this while moving into the inn one time.

Will there be an option for Govenors to decide how they want to run their city?
If not, this is a very large blow to those that put in the effort to build up and maintain a city.
