@Roadkyll I don't even get what might look "scammy" in Fractured since it's a pretty standard game portal and, as @Aries pointed out, we're not even asking for any personal info when you sign up. Also, I've just tested all our emails (such as support@dymstudios.com and contact@dymstudios.com) and they work perfectly, so I'm wondering whether you're just trolling here or someone got hold of your account.
In case you are serious, please send an email to support@dymstudios.com from the email address you used to sign up and we'll delete your account, or PM me here on the forums.
