there are a few guilds in the game, but active, your looking at a smaller number right now.
Most active Towns are Braavos, FarFarAway, and MinasMortis on Myr followed by Wild Rhino.
For guilds, that means your looking at Iron Bank as the most active, with Uxa, Meridian, and Kaos having specifically active players as well. Right now, New Order has one of the most active cities, but the guild is mostly quiet until Arborea is released.
