@Kralith yeah its pretty crazy how competitive people are getting. but its looking like the game is trending towards favoring big zergs and guild plays so theres an entire group thats going to get out competed. grats on your town size btw bro!!! respect

there is more than one way to get the gems, i think its just that players need to be optimal otherwise they will only be gathering slowly.

the penalties are so steep at the moment, i would say if you want something that extends to 48 hours add to it. for instance someone had said in game (cant remember who) that it would be nice instead of just teleporting to the jail why not have the sheriffs have to escort them to jail somehow. it gives the evil players a chance to make a group and rescue the captured player before they reach jail, or a jailbreak mechanic of some sort. currently the problem i have with it is that like many parts of the game currently it seems to come down to who can get the biggest zerg out, you got a bigger group of sheriffs than evil? they will trounce the opposition. sorry if the post is messy, been a long shift.

This is going to cause a lot of headaches, i appreciate the fact that solo players have it a certain way, but causing a guild to have no choice in who is in a city is asking for trouble. i think a good compromise would be to let governor's set if they want non guildies in a city and/or have a green/block list/ permissions etc.

I think it would also be nice to offer the riders a chance to shoot magic/bows from the chariot. Possible vehicle combat and allows you to keep moving if you need to defend from raiders.

@d3Sync could not agree more, item turnover keeps us busy grinding and guilds busy working together! you get diff guilds grinding materials and they will be butting heads fighting each other. That is good content generated by grinding right there. so long as it isnt the sort of grind thats an excuse for lack of content i think most people will support it.

@Ostaff by all means, involve us average members, because other than one rando who claimed to be with us but conflated multiple things during the time period he said he was in we have not really had anyone besmirch the guild name. and no nek was not banned from new world. now by all means bang out the lesson on how to use fake accounts to inflate numbers. i am waiting with bated breath.

I think this is a problem of a lot of people never having played a full loot pvp system before. This sort of alt meta will lead to large alliances/mega zergs and that will end up killing playability for a lot of people.
