RE: Crypts
I really like this Idea and I would love to see it improved!
So maybe allow Angels to build "temples" or "holy buildings" that have something different about them, and maybe cast a debuff in a small radius for demons
And Abominations to have burrows or bone-built cabins to show off their stats
The only may be problem we have here is where those races are able to build... if Beastmen can only build on Arboreus, and Demons only on Tartaros, we have a problem of the race not being able to return to his home
But still.. even if we do not have those big buildings, we could at least win a furniture that is an indication of your new race. Maybe a banner with the new race symbol on it, or a small furniture like
Graves for Liches
Throne or a Statue of an Angel for Angels
A Nest for Abominations -

RE: What excites you most for the upcoming test
Interaction with the environment.
I want to see and interact with every possible aspect of the environment, be it lightning in water, maybe a temporary bridge made of stone, freezing the water to be walkable, create lava out of stones, etc
This one up there is just for curiosity, but for real gameplay, I want to have all the "evolutions" of the races.
So Abomination, Angel and Lich (and a Good aligned lich for lulz) are my main focus when I start playing it . -
RE: character planning
I am not sure where in the forum this spreadsheet was... but we do have one that was made to ease the enchanting, but it also has a tab for character attributes
Look below the spreadsheet there to see a list of tabs. Remember that this is a public spreadsheet so anyone can edit it and thus the creator asked for:
If you want to "save" a character or just do some extra math there, please copy the spreadsheet to your google account before doing so, this way we have a nice base to go back to if we mess up anythingEdit 1: I found the original post, please refer to it when using this table:

Thanks @maze for it!! -
RE: Dungeons that are time locked
Another really cool idea from another game, Ragnarok Online, included the creation of Godly Items..
Those were a set of quests that should be done by 100+ people, in sequence, and each individual account could only do it once.At the end of everything, every Guild had a chance to create a super OP Item for themselves (which usually ended up with the guild leader though).

Although I despise the idea of such powerful items being basically unobtainable by everyone, I really like the idea of those server-wide quests where you have to coordinate to complete, plus it is something that is always there but, because few people know about it, it is hardly finished.

RE: NPC (Node Specific Towns)
For what I understood.. there would be minor hubs fully controlled by NPCs?
But how would the concept of "the economy is user-driven" if we have a steady income of some resources (even if they are the basic wood/stone/iron type of resources)?Improving on the Idea, I would like to see towns having the option to have NPCs.
So let's say you just started a town, you have to build it and put a lot of resources into it.
when it reaches a certain point, there is an option there like "Hire builder for 3 hours", so, for 3 hours, you would have a NPC that can pick up logs/stones and bring to the construction sites (he will not collect stuff on its own, and the resources HAVE to be at a specific spot, say a warehouse for example)
And those kind of NPCs would be really expensive too, so it is not common to have them. We could even have a limit of "maximum of 4 NPCs" (according to town size) and there would be a range of jobs the NPCs could do.We just have to take extreme care as to not make this system exploitable nor it changing a lot the gameplay... we still want the user-driven economy, the town size to be approximately the guild/party/organization size that controls it and so on
