Wouldn't it be more appealing to just take the town for yourself? I think that stumbling upon a ruined town would allow you to apply for governor in there, which should bring more benefits tha a single time "resource" bonus

While this blocking may yes have some uses, I believe it is for the benefit of the game that we do not haste to block people.
I don't know what the other player did to you, it probably was a reasonable action to block it, but doing so without reason will make us lose a lot of room for improvement and new ideas
I have a few people in my social media that are from opposites political ideals and, despite hating most of what I see, it is still good to know and, in a way, understand what and why they think that way.
I believe the same happens here, so you basically know other ideas and other ways of doing the same thing, different opinions always net better discussions.
Yet, if you feel personally attacked, then of course it is better to just stop seeing that damn user.

I will try to focus on a Hellfire Angel, either assasin or tank archetype but still not really sure which one to go.
I can just imagine a big Angel (if it keeps the size of the Hellfire class) being a monster in battle, but doing it for the good of the people!And not as a main, but as an alternate char that will receive lots of love, I intend in having a Lich that will be the "pets guy", either by necromancy or by taming pets.

Fixed spawn really makes things easier, but it is still hard to remember exact locations of each mob... I know I have a hard time retracking where I found out the animals in the first place.
Having an ability to create marks on a map would be a different story that should work really well.
In UO, they tried to do dynamic ecosystems but that backfire heavily... basically, rabbits had no value to kill, and wolves would eat rabbits, so the population would regulate itself. When they turned the servers online, players simply killed every single one of both races, and even when spawning more of those the ecosystem never returned to what they had originally planned. So we need a proper way of creating any kind of dynamic spawn
