SpatialOS blocked by Unity

So with the recent change in the ToS of unity regarding SpatialOS, what is the impact for this game? I'm a bit worried now..

"“All existing SpatialOS games using Unity, including production games and in development games of all developers, are now in breach of Unity’s license terms,” SpatialOS developer Improbable said in an announcement today"

So basically it's either they revoke their decision or fractured is screwed.
