Right now I have the following hardware (only the 'essential' parts)
CPU: INTEL Core i7-4790K
RAM: CRUCIAL DDR3-1600 DIMM Kit 16GB
Graphics: PALIT GeForce GTX 980 Super JetStream
Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma
Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth
Gamepad: Razer Wildcat
Headphone: AKG 612 PROStill want to upgrade at a later time (maybe April next year) cause I use a two monitor setup, but the stuff is still too overpriced. The mouse/keyboard/gamepad collection is only Razer, cause I got it at a good price and the functionality I need is given. Had Logitech and more in the past.

this is for professional use or only fun and game?Personal use. Gaming and streaming/recording gameplay while streaming music mainly from youtube playlist for my own listening. Also I normally have many browser tabs open as well as background programs. I would assume besides the streaming gameplay from time to time I fit the normal use group
On the side I dabble in sketchup but its just once in a blue moon.
