Spells and hotbar

Helloo, once again
And one more question coming ^^How many spells/skills will we be allowed to have in the hotbar to use? Or how many hotbar slots will be available for us?
Usually this kind of game doesn´t allow to have many hotbar slots and this is something that imo is very good, I want to know how will it work out in this game. Do you have any idea already?
