Suggestion: Demon Bone Armor/Weapon

If you kill a human - you can collect bones and make a bone armor.
If you kill a beast man - you can collect fur and paws and make a shamanic style furry armor.
If you kill a demon - you can collect his blood and shadow (by using magic) and create a shadowy armor with blood permanently dripping from it.- This could be done by any race.
- It could OPTIONALLY influence your karma (or not).
But does it fit the lore if a human starts collecting bones from other human? It could perfectly fit in devine quests from the god Babilis (the demon planet god).
You should also be able to collect bones from beastman.
The shadowarmor would be awesome. It should have a big drawback, otherwise every rogue pker would run around with it. Maybe stealth wouldn't fully work because you could follow the blood drips, but the shadow armor would make you dodge more attacks.

They could, but since metals are scarce on Tartaros, they'll probably have to raid the other two planets to get anything other than iron.
Stone is common on Tartaros – sandstone, granite and obsidian in particular – and frequently used by demons to erect the buildings of their unholy cities. Metals besides iron are rare, but weapons made of the latter have already taken the life of thousands of creatures, in Tartaros and outside.

they don't have access to it. they do have access to stone, however. a society tends to learns what it has access to.

They do have access to iron, and other metals are "rare" meaning that they are there, just in small quantities. What I would really love to see for demons is weapons made of obsidian, since it's mentioned in the Planets spotlight specifically. There are some interesting designs that they could go for, for example imagine something like this:
That's a Macuahuitl, an Aztec weapon made out of obsidian shards affixed to a wooden handle. They were more fragile than weapons made of metal, but they were a lot sharper. Now, the ones that existed in real life were made using wood, but there won't really be trees on Tartaros. Instead, coming back to the original point of this thread, maybe they could use bones? Imagine the weapon from the image above, except with a large bone instead of the wooden handle. That definitely sounds like something a demon would make, and it makes sense for them to use the materials that they have on hand.

Why collecting bones ?
I suggest to find somebody to your size or a little bigger, you kill him (not necessarily, it could be more funny to do when he's still alive), you pull out all of his ribs, and you fit in it, it will be more easy

Well in a broader sense race-specific crafting and/or recipes can work but there's a lot of effort there making sure everyone is happy, that being said asymmetry does games good imo, it even is a reason why this game caught eye with the three planet system, so discrepancies between races can lead to some good gameplay situations no doubt about that.

@jetah loads of people. Instead of being a beast man around other beast men. It would be cool to be different. My guild is all about beast men living in syndesia as a mercenary company.
