City names are all messed up

The cities names and governor are all scrambled..

They are aware. Shire says its Tumbla or some such nonsense. The new city we just founded is accurate though.

also noticed that the names in auction might be messed up... funny a city that was built before ours is still correct. dont know if the added info helps.
