Stuck on Connecting to Server screen

I did a fresh install just now and I am still stuck on the connecting to server screen. After about 20-30 seconds I am taken back to character selection. I am on a mobile hotspot but I have a very good connection. My other games (I tried four other games that were all online) and they all worked fine. I don't believe it's my connection. I can play on my PC just fine at home however.
Has anyone had any infinite connecting screens?

This usually means that you cannot connect to the server.
Can I ask you to try these 2?- Try activating a VPN and see if this changes
- Try clearing the cache located in appData/LocalLoW/DynamightSrl
