Hi there! There will be a new test in a few days, you can read it up in the news! But that will be followed by a full wipe of characters so...
about the actual release it is not very clear.. before the previous test they announced that:
"After reviewing user feedback, following up on it and further tuning client and server performance (if needed), Fractured Online will be back 24/7, with no more wipes planned. That’s going to be the proper relaunch!"
so there should be a "proper" relaunch soon
