[Suggestion] Red players should not be able to suicide for ~10 seconds or more

When red players are killed, they should not be allowed to suicide for around 10 seconds or so, or maybe they should not be allowed to suicide at all?
This is because it's counter intuitive, where they can workaround getting jailed by just committing suicide.
Sheriffs would then become essentially useless.

Taking advantage of this topic, I would like to say that the rate they place on accuracy is absurdly expensive!
And understanding any character for 3 days or 2 is absurdly high.
Put hours, not days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Forgiveness was nervous.
When you turn on the PK and kill many times.
If you get arrested, other people can request how much gold they want.
Not to mention they can set the number of days you will be stuck.
This is absurd, there should be something default on this system, some hours and an X value without being modified by third parties.

It is already like this.
Players don't decide the bail out or the time.
It is automatically calculated, based on the karma of the red player getting jailed.
