Serenity bug

Everytime i log near Serenity the next time i log in my social becomes bugged. All guilds disappear and all cities, i can't use any of my forges nor any of my friends. The only way i fix it is i walk some distance away from Serenity then log and come back in game. Its really annoying, please fix it!

Yes, this is a know bug. Sadly the programing behind it is apparently not something that can just be hot fixed : /
