[Raid Time] Primetime EU for raided Town gets ignored, Timeframe of Raid is US time

Like in the last longer Alpha Phase, the towns Prime-Time of the raided Town is ignored again.
We was setting our Prime-Time to EU, and it says the time of raids will be within this Prime Time:
But the Raid Time is based on US Prime Time:
