Account vs character names

Not sure if this is a bug or intentional, but when I requested to become a city citizen, it used my account name rather than the character name. Would that make multiple characters citizens, if we are even allowed more than one after testing phases?

@Czargar that is intentional.
Since your citizenship is account wide per planet, the account name is the one that is important.
Despite this we already suggested to show up Characternames too in that list, since it is hard to recognize which citizen name belongs to which character. This would be especially important for governors to be able to figure out, who is who.
