can I redeem my digital copy upon release on Steam?
I would like to have the game on steam.

The alpha has ender around November, we are waiting for the next test phase to start, which should happen in 1 or 2 months. Until then, it is not possible to play the game.
The digital copies will be linked to steam when the game gets released on Steam.

how will the digital copy be linked to the steam account? my registration email is different from the steam one

I guess that they will tell us when it is time for the steam release.
