Dissapearing items from inventori

Draging living wood ontop of the bandage made living wood dissapear.

@argottt That's because if you drag an item over another item they swap. If your doing it by looting, you cannot put items on a corpse, so the original item disappears.

Stacking more than 100 items together makes amount that goes over 100 dissapear.
