I've been watching Death March to the Parallel World and it's how I imagine the game will work. With regards to the skills, titles, etc popping up and being 'learned'.

As the main character travels the world, he gains skills such as, bartering [when he's shopping], fighting [to defend a friend], leadership [when he leads the party out of a dungeon safely], poker face, lying [well when he lies], tailoring [when he fixes a tarp], horse & buggy [when he learns to drive a buggy pulled by horses].

hm i see some nice titles in there
well funny thing is that i was searching for an mmo like death march (im reading the ln tho)
but in here there's no level concepts and it isn't in 3rd person view
well regarding the skills it's similar : do something to learn it and activate it with points

Only Sense Online --> vrmmo game with everything playermade and the main char is a support/craftsmen
Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou --> getting summoned into another world as the lowest of classmates, incidents happen, boom hes pretty much overpowered and a psycho
Overlord --> im suprised this gem was forgotten, an MMO world is getting abandoned and cancelled, one of the strongest players want to wait on the servers to get shut down, they dont but the world is now alive. So now he is trying to get the Overlord of this world
Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken --> summoned into another world ... as slime

its an anime you can really enjoy
an MMO game is getting a VRMMO but no way back to the reallife
so they establish a society and getting pretty much progress done
and the main character is "The Villain in Glasses"
a genius in tactics
