Launcher mandatory ASLR compatibility

Hello,
I met with the "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000007b)" error when I try to start the launcher.
On my system I have the mandatory ASLR enabled for all applications:
Disabling this exploit protection feature allows the launcher to start, but it shouldn't be required in the long run.

Little more than 2 years later, this is still an issue, the patchkit launcher does not start unless I disable the ASLR exploit protection in Windows Security.
It must be using some kind of ancient technology, seeing as usually old installers run into this issue.My system is Windows 11 22H2
