bug with mouse over skill description

Bug occurs when you open preset for skill, mouse over skill description and press ESC. Then it leaves description on screen until you won't back to skill preset and move mouse from the description.

May not be a bug, might be intentional...like for someone who needs to bring up a Screen Magnifier program or grab their glasses to read the text and doesn't want to go through activating it all over again.

Hmmm maybe, because you can move mouse on other skill that is unlocked to display it. But it's very annoying
