Blank white window upon patcher launch.

I have a pc with older components, mainly the 1050 gpu. When I run the patcher, either using internal graphics or the 1050, I get a blank white box I cannot interact with.

I have a 1050 ti and the game runs just fine with it, do you have the latest drivers installed?
