Bank often reverts to a previous state. Can cause serious loss of items

Bank is super buggy.. often reverts to a former state. 4 screens to illustrate the issue.
you can see as well in the last picture I've circled an item I have deleted at least a dozen times myself

This is still an issue. I have lost several items as well. Mostly high level stuff , a full set of Blood Iron Armor, shield and mace. level 4 enchanting mats, troll leather of various kinds.

Maybe Alpine Bank is bugged.
I never got that problem with Atrium Habours bank.
