Unable to unlock ability 'Warcry'

i have all 4 abilities from goblin warchief shown however the ability warcry doesnt even show in book of knowledge. i tried to unlock the ability. it took knowledge points but didnt unlock.

Are you sure it took KP? There is currently bug with max knowledge which causes ability to show before you can unlock it, knowledge goes to 104% for example. Maybe try to kill another goblin warchief
